At Rokersbenodigdheden, we ship to the Netherlands and all countries within the European Union. We do not currently ship outside the EU.
Processing
We typically ship your order within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your payment. During busy periods, this may take a little longer.

Delivery times
- Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days after shipping
- Belgium: 2 to 3 working days after shipping
- Germany: 3 to 5 working days after shipping
- Other EU countries: 5 to 7 working days after shipping
Track & trace
We process our shipments via the shipping platform MyParcel. Your package will be delivered by PostNL or, where applicable, another carrier. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation by email with a track & trace link.

Not received or arrived damaged?
Did your package arrive damaged or was it not delivered? Please contact us as soon as possible via service@rokersbenodigdheden.com. We will look into it with the carrier and resolve it for you.
